We've sadly said 'good-bye' to SO many dear friends since we've lived in Alabama. First it was the Nickels, next the Suttons, then the Nielsens, Fosters, Watsons, Schells, Hubers, Werslands, the list goes on. If I left you out, please don't be offended...there are just so many of you! Do I sound pathetic or what??
We received great news a couple of years ago that the Fosters were coming back!! This time, they bought a house one minute away from ours and Kennedy went to the same school as our kids. Kennedy and Clara became dear friends. They walked home from school together, took cheer-nastics together, and even got American Girl dolls that are best friends (Kit and Ruthie).
Well, we knew they weren't here forever and the time came for them to leave Alabama. We loved having them stay with us for 2 days before they left. They were here for David's 2nd birthday and Clara and Kennedy bonded some more...which made saying 'good-bye' even harder!
Here are some fun memories of 'the Foster years'....
Babysitting Kennedy
Kennedy at a Primary activity
Mikelle's shower for Spencer..remember that wall next to her?
Addie and David are best buddies!...She's 2 months older and totally acts like his mom!

We miss you Fosters!!!
So, soon after dropping the Fosters off at the airport, I received a text from Cortney Huber (yes, one of the b'ham deserters) saying that her Brother and Sister-in-law and 5 kids are moving here in August....here we go again!

AAhhh--that makes me so sad!! Are you guys sure that you don't want to move out here like next week?? Kennedy informed me on the plane that Chris could live in UT alone and use the extra bedrooms for diet coke storage, and the rest of us could just live at your house forever--what do you think?? I love all the pictures, and I am sure we will talk soon!!
You almost made me cry too! I feel so bad that the Fosters have deserted you too, but hope that they have a great move to UT. We sure enjoyed our reunion this spring. I am finally getting back on the blog bandwagon (I think...maybe).
