Comments from an over zealous kickboxing instructor at my class on Friday...
"You should be kicking the person to your left in the head!"
"Aim for the face!"
"Kick him while he's down!"
and my favorite, "You've got someone's head in your hands and you're SMASHING it on your knee!"
It's fun to work out at the YMCA!
