Russ' family has a very frustrating, time consuming, delicious tradition...hand dipped chocolates for Christmas. Every year, I say "We are NOT dipping chocolates this year!" Every year Russ says, "We'll see...." And each time that we actually keep this tradition, I am so glad that we did! We were up until 4:10 a.m. working on chocolates last night (last day of school today so we had to get them done for teachers). We're sure Grandpa Gibb is proud...though we think he might not approve of my messy dipping technique.

I really loved that tradition when we lived there and were recipients of the chocolates! Yummmmmm!
